This granola has a roasted, caramelly flavor that goes with fruit, yogurt, or absolutely anything.
Adapted from Williams-Sonoma’s Honey Granola. It makes about 3 1/2 cups total.
I like Bob’s Red Mill Coconut Flakes since they’re large pieces that hold their own against the cherries and nuts in this recipe. And my choice for vegan butter is typically Earth Balance Vegan Buttery Sticks.
